At Tahoe Mountain Sports, we are committed to helping you find the perfect footwear for all your adventures. If you are unsatisfied with your footwear purchase for any reason, you can return your shoes to us for store credit within the first two weeks or first 50 miles, whichever comes first!*

The Details

Any footwear purchased at a discount of 20% or more, does not qualify for our Happy Feet Guarantee. If rewards points are used with original purchase, the restocking fee and store credit amount will be based on the purchase price. We recommend you do not use rewards points if you think you may want to utilize this program.

Returns for new, unworn footwear with original packaging and boxes will be honored for 30 days from purchase date, in accordance with our regular store return policy.

*Depending on wear on the shoes, we may charge a restocking fee, up to 20% of the original purchase price.
