This pack is new to the market, but still has all the comfort and quality of a Gregory pack. My only complaint is that there is very limited room to carry a helmet. Since there is no external helmet holder, the helmet has to go in the pack, and with the top loading main pocket, this makes it very difficult to reach anything that might be on the bottom of the pack. The only other complaint is that the shovel handle kind of sticks up into the main compartment of the pack, which makes things a bit weird when messing with the front of the pack. I do like the top loader, the mini pocket, the insulator sleeve for the hydration resevoir, and the shovel area. Most of all, I really like the comfort of this pack.
