Orders Received By 2PM PST Ship the Same Day!

All orders received by 2PM PST will ship out the same day via UPS Ground. All express or expedited orders must be received by 12:00PM PST to ship out the same day. Some products do not qualify for this deal and it is at the discretion of Tahoe Mountain Sports to prioritize orders.

Free Shipping On Orders Over $50!

To recieve free shipping on any order over $50, just use the pull down shipping menu at the shopping cart screen. All orders are shipped via UPS or U.S. Mail and the free shipping offer is only valid in the Continental United States. We will not ship for free to Alaska or Hawaii. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient shipping method. Products shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS or U.S. Mail, and costs will vary according to weight. Any additional shipping charges incurred by Tahoe Mountain Sports because of incorrect address or other customer input errors will be billed back to the customer.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order shipped by a method faster than UPS Ground, Expedited Shipping methods are available in the drop down menu in the shopping cart. Domestically, we offer 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air expedited shipping options from UPS. Internationally we also offer UPS Worldwide Express. Worldwide Express generally takes 2 business days to Canada or Mexico, 3 business days to Europe or Latin America, and 3-4 business days to Asia. As with all international shipping, customs can cause an additional delay. With all expedited shipping methods, the number of days means business days not including the date shipped. For example, an order placed on Sunday Night with 2nd Day Air shipping would ship on Monday and arrive on Wednesday. An order placed Friday Night with Next Day Air would ship on Monday and Arrive Tuesday. All expedited shipping methods are charged by the dimensions of the package in addition to the weight, so bulky but lightweight items can be expensive. All expedited shipping orders need to be placed before 12:00 PM Pacific time to be shipped that day.

International Shipping

We now offer USPS International Priority Post or UPS Worldwide options for all our international shipping destinations. If you would like to have your delivered package require a signature, UPS Worldwide is the only choice. Tahoe Mountain Sports is not responsible for any customs charges incurred. We currently ship to over 35 countries, all listed in the checkout screen.

International Shipping with Bongo

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases at our website as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders. This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

Step-By-Step Guide

1. Shop for your items on our website and add them to your cart.
2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking the Bongo Checkout button.
3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
4. Back at our website, proceed to Checkout.
5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING & SHIPPING Address.
6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method -- No Exceptions
7. Choose your shipping method and Place Order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order via online chat or email.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

We now offer USPS Priority Mail Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. This option will not show up when you go to checkout so either give us a call at 866-891-9177 or place your order online and choose the UPS Ground option and put a note in the order notes box that states the following: Please ship via USPS and adjust my shipping charges accordingly. This will allow us to change your shipping options and get your order out within 24 hours.

APO/FPO Addresses

We are fully able to ship to all APO/FPO and any other military address. We will ship via USPS Priority Mail for all our military friends. If you need any special packaging or handling, just let us know.

Address Corrections, Delivery Intercepts, or Other Shipping Problems

Tahoe Mountain Sports is not responsible for customer errors on shipping addresses. If you make a mistake entering in your shipping address or there is an address correction surcharge from UPS, this charge will be passed on to our customers. There is an $8-$10 charge for issues like this and it is the customer's responsibility to get their address information correct. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please give us a call and we will be happy to explain it.

Holiday Free Shipping Deadlines

Here at Tahoe Mountain Sports we want you to receive your holiday gifts on time, for free, and without hassle. Our Free Shipping on orders over $50 is usually shipped via UPS ground. The further away you are from Northern California the earlier you will have to place your order to ensure that it will arrive in time for Christmas or any other holiday. Deliveries to the west coast typically only take 1-2 business days while deliveries to the east coast can take up to 7 business days. Plan accordingly and don't procrastinate, It could cost you money to upgrade to express shipping.

Peak-season guarantees: Commitment times for air and international shipments delivered within the United States and Puerto Rico will be extended by 90 minutes on the following days: Nov. 27, Dec. 18–24 and Dec. 31. International air shipments pickedup or delivered in the United States are guaranteed throughout the holiday season. The guarantee for all U.S. air services and UPS 3 Day Select® is suspended for shipments picked up on Dec. 21, 22 and 23. The guarantee also is suspended for UPS Ground and UPS Standard packages picked up or scheduled for delivery between Dec. 11 and Dec. 24.
