Delivery by Christmas
For all orders shipping to CA, NV, WA, OR, ID, MT, UT and AZ: Orders can be submitted up until Sunday 12/21 midnight PST and will be delivered by the end of day Wednesday, December 24. Free and flat-rate ground options will be automatically be upgraded to expedited if necessary to ensure delivery by Christmas Eve as long as you choose the following shipping methods: USPS Priority Mail, Fedex Ground Delivery, $9.99 Flat Rate Ground, $8 Flat Rate Ground, or Free Shipping Over $99. Orders submitted with the following shipping methods: USPS First Class Mail or Free Shipping Under 2 lbs will not be upgraded and are not eligible for this "Christmas Delivery" guarantee.
All other orders shipping within the US: Orders must be placed using FedEx 2-Day air by Sunday 12/21 midnight PST for guaranteed delivery by the end of day Wednesday, December 24. Carrier rates will vary by package weight, dimension, and delivery ZIP code. FedEx 2-Day rate can be calculated on the shopping cart page prior to checkout.
We will guarantee that these orders will be shipped on time with an appropriate shipping method, however, the actual physical delivery of the package will be the responsibility of FedEx or the US Postal Service. We will do everything in our power to ensure that the packages are shipped with the appropriate method to reach their destination in time, but any delays as a result of the carrier are unfortunately out of our hands. We will not accept responsibility or any claims for shipping refunds or other product refunds or adjustments for failures by the package carriers (Fedex, USPS or UPS).
This offer is extended to deliveries within the continental United States ONLY. This guarantee does not extend to products that require Hazardous Materials handling, since this method may only be shipped via ground delivery.

Free Shipping On Orders Over $99!
To recieve free shipping on any order over $99, simply select 'Free Shipping Over $99' from the pull-down shipping menu during checkout. All orders are shipped via FedEx or U.S. Mail and the free shipping offer is only valid in the Continental United States. We will not ship for free to Alaska or Hawaii. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient shipping method. Products shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped FedEx or U.S. Mail, and costs will vary according to weight. Any additional shipping charges incurred by Tahoe Mountain Sports because of incorrect address or other customer input errors will be billed back to the customer.
If you need your order shipped by a method faster than FedEx Ground, Expedited Shipping methods are available in the drop down menu in the shopping cart. Domestically, we offer FedEx Express, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight expedited shipping options. Internationally we also offer FedEx International Economy. FedEx International Economy generally takes 2 business days to Canada or Mexico, 3 business days to Europe or Latin America, and 3-4 business days to Asia. As with all international shipping, customs can cause an additional delay. With all expedited shipping methods, the number of days means business days not including the date shipped. For example, an order placed on Sunday night with 2Day shipping would ship on Monday and arrive on Wednesday. An order placed Friday Night with Next Day Air would ship on Monday and Arrive Tuesday. All expedited shipping methods are charged by the dimensions of the package in addition to the weight, so bulky but lightweight items can be expensive. All expedited shipping orders need to be placed before 12:00 PM Pacific time to be shipped that day.
Other Shipping Options
We offer a variety of shipping options and we hope that at least one of them will please everybody. For orders in the range of $50-$99, we offer a flat rate ground option for $8 which can ship via either FedEx or USPS. This is a great option for customers to utilize in this order total range because it is usually much less than the standard rates from any of the carriers. For orders under $50, regular, automated shipping rates apply and will be charged accordingly at the checkout screen. The best place to check on rates for all the shipping options is in the View Cart screen, the first screen you get to after adding items to your cart. Here, you can enter your postal code, select a country and then your shipping options will appear. You can select any visible option and then click on the RECALCULATE button and you will see the shipping cost. From there, you can make the best decision about what shipping option is right for you. We offer USPS Priority Mail International or FedEx International Economy options for all our international shipping destinations. If you would like to have your delivered package require a signature, FedEx International Economy is the only choice. Tahoe Mountain Sports is not responsible for any customs charges incurred. We currently ship to over 200 countries, all listed on the checkout screen.
Tahoe Mountain Sports will not be held liable nor responsible for any warranty claims on products shipping overseas. If there is a warranty problem or manufacturer issue with a product that is shipped internationally, it will be the customers responsibility to do 1 of 2 things: 1) Communicate with the brand distribution team that handles the particular country you are living in and follow their procedures for warranties or 2) At the customers expense, ship the damaged item back to Tahoe Mountain Sports and upon receiving, Tahoe Mountain Sports will refund the product price only. No international shipping charges will be refunded under any conditions and Tahoe Mountain Sports will not be responsible for return shipping on any international issues related to returns, warranties or manufacturer defects.
If Tahoe Mountain Sports makes a mistake on any international shipping, we will assume full responsibility for the error and make our best effort to correct the problem.
We strongly recommend international customers check out with PayPal for quickest order processing.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We can also ship items smaller than 13 oz via First Class Mail. If for any reason there is a delay with your shipment you will be contacted. For questions about the status of your order, visit the Order Status page.
We are fully able to ship to all APO/FPO and any other military address. We will ship via USPS Priority Mail for all our military friends. If you need any special packaging or handling, just let us know. First Class mail is also available for small products under 13 oz.
Any packages valued at over $300 will be shipped via FedEx with a signature required for delivery. If you wish to waive the signature requirement you can inform us of that choice in the order notes box of the checkout screen, however if the package is lost, stolen or misplaced and a claim is not awarded from FedEx, Tahoe Mountain Sports will not be responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
Address Corrections, Delivery Intercepts, or Other Shipping Problems
Tahoe Mountain Sports is not responsible for customer errors on shipping addresses. If you make a mistake entering in your shipping address or there is an address correction surcharge from FedEx, this charge will be passed on to our customers. There is an $8-$10 charge for issues like this and it is the customer's responsibility to get their address information correct.
