Your shipping choices to the lower 48 states are as follows:
FedEx
- FedEx Ground/Home Delivery: Allow 1-6 business days for delivery. No Saturday delivery. Free on orders over $99!
- FedEx Express Saver: Guaranteed in 3 business days. No Saturday delivery.
- FedEx 2 Day: Guaranteed in 2 business days. No Saturday delivery.
- FedEx Standard Overnight: Guaranteed by end of next business day. Orders must be placed by 1 PM PST. For early AM or Saturday delivery, please call us at 1-866-891-9177
Calculate time-in-transit using our transit map. FedEx cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders over $300 will ship via FedEx and require signature upon delivery.
United States Postal Service
- Priority Mail: Allow 2-4 business days for delivery to most domestic locations.
- First Class Mail: Available for small products weighing less than 13 oz.
- Alaska/Hawaii - We will always use Priority Mail to ship to addresses in Alaska or Hawaii.

International Shipping Policies
We ship to International locations everyday and offer a variety of choices for our international customers:
- Priority Mail International: Allow 6-10 business days for delivery. Customer is responsible for all duties and fees in their own country.
- Fedex International Economy: Allow 1-3 business days for delivery. Customer is responsible for all duties and fees in their own country. This method is faster, more secure and traceable.

No Hassle Returns Policy
As long as you return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date shipped and the item(s) is in new condition with tags and any packaging intact, then we will fully refund your purchase price minus the shipping charge. We want you to feel comfortable shopping online. We know it can be tough to judge what color you want or what size you need when shopping online. Don’t worry about colors or sizing, order what you need and feel free to send us back what you don’t want, no questions asked. If you wish to return an item, simply send it back to us at one of the addresses listed below and please include a copy of your sales receipt or include a note with your order number. Any exchanges that were eligible for free shipping originally will be shipped back to you free of charge.
Any items returned after 30 days or in non-sellable condition (no tags and/or packaging) will be subject to the following policy. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee and we will issue you store credit for the balance that will be valid for 1 year.
Any orders or packages that get refused or returned to sender are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In addition, Tahoe Mountain Sports is not responsible for customer errors on shipping addresses. If you make a mistake entering in your shipping address or there is an address correction surcharge from UPS, this charge will be passed on to our customers. There is an $8-$10 charge for issues like this and it is the customer's responsibility to get their address information correct. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please give us a call and we will be happy to explain it.
We will not accept returns on climbing gear, food, mounted skis, consignment items, or any products that are identified as used in their product descriptions.
