Comments: This bag is Quite HUGE! You can fit anything and everything in it. With access points at the top, bottom, and the side, everything is easy to get. I love that the top becomes a day pack so that you don't have to carry a second bag. It is nearly fully adjustable, there are straps everywhere! With a little patients and testing, you can get the perfect fit.

Comments: I could not ask for a more dynamic backpack with more features. Straps all over the place help keep things tight and side reservoir pockets make a world of difference for distributing weight. The hip belt really fits snug on the hip to support load bearing.
Good but no Free Gift

Comments: The back pack is really good and the delivery time was on time.
The only problem was about a supposed gift (deuter wash bag) that was told it was free when purchase but I never received.

Q: Ive been looking at packs and reviews and such for a while finnaly decided on Deuter. But why should I get the AC Pro 70+15 vs the AC 75+10? the website shows the Pro additionally having front entry and also a spring steel frame but its also about a lb heavier, and made with slightly different materials. Is the Pro really 40$ much better?? if so why?
Answered by Todd, November 23, 2012 at 07:53:20 PM ESTA: The Pro features a detachable lid that can be used for day trips if you plan to leave your backpack at a base camp. The back system on the ACT Pro is designed to carry heavier loads than the normal ACT back system.
The "Vari-Quick" sizing adjustment is also different on the two packs. The regular ACT system uses velcro to move the shoulder harness up and down in about half inch increments. The ACT pro uses a strap and cinch for a more customized fit.

Q: Does the Deuter Aircontact Pro 70+15 Backpack have water bottle pockets on the hip belt or just the bladder pocket???
Answered by Todd, February 24, 2013 at 07:53:41 PM ESTA: There are no water bottle pockets on the waistbelt. There is a pocket on the waistbelt, but it is more intended for use with a camera or snacks. There are water bottle pockets on both sides of the pack and they are angled in order to make it easier for you to grab your water bottles while on the go.
