Get Ready to Hit the Trails this winter, Truckee/Tahoe!

Tahoe Mountain Sports, Oboz Footwear, Darn Tough, and MSR are inviting you to join us in our first Winter Oboz Trail Experience! Explore the beauty of the Truckee/Tahoe region in the winter by completing as many of the selected segments during the month of February. 

The Oboz Trail Experience: Truckee/Tahoe is open to walkers, hikers, runners, snowshoers and nordic skiers. The best part, it is completely free! Throughout the month you can win prizes from our sponsors for completing promoted segments. The Trail Experience runs from February 1st-29th.

1. Register here for the Oboz Trail Experience.

2. During registration, you’ll be prompted to link your Strava account, or other fitness trackers, to the Oboz Trail Experience.

Easy as that!

No need to worry if you don’t have a Strava account; you will also be able to use other fitness trackers such as Sports Tracker, Polar Beat, Map My Fitness, Suunto, and Garmin Connect.

Prizes

Rewards and prizes from our experience sponsors can be unlocked by completing promoted trail segments throughout the Oboz Trail Experience. 

Participants will be entered into a big raffle that will be announced at our OTE after party! There are tons of different ways to gain raffle tickets. If you complete 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of the trails you will earn a raffle ticket each time. If you post photos on instructed segments you will earn raffle tickets. Even if you just register, you get a raffle ticket!

The raffle prizes include swag from our favorites brands and more!

Oboz Trail Experience: Tahoe After-Party

Join us Sunday, March 10th @ 4pm at Tahoe Mountain Life to celebrate our inaugural Winter OTE and all the miles explored in our winter wonderland! We will have a huge raffle in which you will gain tickets for simply for registering and based on the amount of trails you completed! There will be other opportunities for prizes along the way too, just keep your eyes peeled for promoted segments throughout the experience.
